Entrepreneur • Builder • Visionary
Building companies that move industries forward — from the #1 fastest-growing company in America to the vineyards of Napa Valley.
From dental school to building the fastest-growing private company in America — my journey has never followed a straight line.
I've held leadership roles at Abbott, Johnson & Johnson, IBM, and Boston Scientific. But the corporate world wasn't where I belonged. I was built to create, to solve problems others overlooked, and to bet on people when no one else would.
With a B.S. in Biochemistry from UC Davis and a certification in Organizational Leadership from Stanford, I've spent over two decades founding companies across staffing, healthcare, hospitality, biotech, and wine — always guided by one principle: action bridges the gap between knowledge and success.
A seasoned operator known for precision execution across diverse industries. I ask the strategic questions, think creatively, and build high-performing teams that are empowered to make decisions and learn from failure.
I don't wait for permission. From launching a biotech consultancy out of a spare room to building a nationwide staffing powerhouse — I see gaps in the market and I fill them. Full commitment, no half-measures.
I bring more than capital — I offer access to world-class teams and deep industry expertise. I respect what founders have built and collaborate to scale, never to take over.
Half Indian, half Italian — some of my fondest memories are walking with my grandfather through vineyards in Italy. Today, Sommras Wines sits on 1,700 feet in the heart of Atlas Peak, Napa Valley.

Toggle between strategic visionary and hands-on operator — every single day. Be intentional rather than purely reactive.
Entrepreneurship isn't what the media glorifies. When you're in corporate, you're in a boxing ring with headgear. As an entrepreneur, you're in a bare-knuckle fistfight on concrete.
I advocate for bootstrapping and maintaining ownership. I'd rather own 100% of a $20M company than 2% of a $1B company.
